Can I keep the driver/team for more than booked time?

You can keep the van and driver/team for as long as you wish, but after the initial booked period price per hour charge will apply.

When the time is starting?

The time is starting when the driver/ team arrive at the pickup address and starting work and finishes at the completion of the job.
